SoFi CSV Export Limits

2-year cap on native CSV export

SoFi Banking > Export Transactions caps date ranges at 24 months. If you need 3+ years for mortgage underwriting or audit, you're stuck with PDFs — unless you convert them.

No CSV for Credit Card, Invest, or loans

Native CSV only works on Checking and Savings. SoFi Credit Card, SoFi Invest (Relay), and personal / student / home loan statements ship as PDFs only — we convert each straight to spreadsheet format.

No OFX Direct Connect for QuickBooks

SoFi doesn't expose an OFX Direct Connect endpoint for QuickBooks Online, so there's no live feed. Convert the PDF to CSV or QBO and upload via Banking > Upload Transactions.

Express Web Connect fails in Quicken

Sign in at sofi.com, go to Documents under your account, pick the statement period, and download the PDF. The SoFi app has the same Documents section. Credit card, Invest, and loan statements are all available here.

QCan I export SoFi transactions to CSV?

Only for Checking and Savings, and only for the last 24 months. Banking > select account > gear icon > Export Transactions. SoFi Credit Card, SoFi Invest, and loans have no CSV option — PDF conversion is the only way to get structured data.

QWhy does SoFi only let me export 2 years of CSV?

The native Export Transactions feature caps date ranges at 24 months. For mortgage applications, audits, or long-term tax prep that need 3+ years, the reliable approach is downloading older PDFs and converting them — the PDF archive goes back further than the CSV export.

QDoes SoFi support QuickBooks or Quicken Direct Connect?

No. SoFi doesn't offer OFX Direct Connect for QuickBooks. Quicken users can connect via Express Web Connect, but that aggregation-based path frequently fails. Converting the PDF to QBO or CSV and uploading is the dependable fallback.

QCan I convert my SoFi Credit Card or SoFi Invest statement?

Yes. SoFi Credit Card statements and SoFi Invest brokerage PDFs both convert cleanly. We also handle standalone credit card statements from other issuers the same way.

QHow do I import SoFi into QuickBooks or Xero?
