Your bank statements are personal stuff - we get it. Here's how we handle things: you upload a PDF, our AI extracts the transactions, you download your CSV/Excel/JSON, and we delete the uploaded file. We don't sell your data, we don't share your financial information, and we don't use your documents for anything other than converting them for you.

What We Collect

Depends on how you use us:

Without an account (free conversions)

Just your uploaded files - we process them and delete them after conversion. Standard web server information (like browser type) is logged temporarily, just like every website you visit.

With an account

Your email (for login and account recovery), your name if you choose to provide it, and your conversion history so you can access past results from your dashboard.

With a paid plan

Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider - we never see or store your card number or banking details. We only know which plan you're on so we can give you the right features.

How Your Files Are Handled

This is what most people care about, so let's be specific:

Files are uploaded over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
Our AI processes the document and extracts transaction data
The original PDF is stored temporarily in secure cloud storage for processing
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing
We do not read, analyze, or use your financial data for any purpose beyond converting it
We do not train AI models on your documents

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate. Here's what categories of services are involved:

AI processing - we use an AI service to extract transaction data from your PDFs. Documents are sent via encrypted API calls and are not retained for model training
Authentication and database - a secure cloud platform handles user accounts and stores account data (email, usage stats)
Payment processing - a PCI-compliant payment provider handles all billing for paid plans. Your card details never touch our servers
Analytics - we use basic analytics to understand how people find and use our site. This collects anonymized browsing data, not your financial information

All third-party services we use are bound by their own privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.

Cookies

We keep cookies minimal:

Authentication cookies - keep you logged in if you have an account
Theme preference - remembers if you chose dark or light mode
Analytics cookies - anonymous usage statistics
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies - we don't run ads and we don't sell data to advertisers

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The conversion tool will still work, but you won't be able to stay logged in.

How Long We Keep Things

Uploaded PDFs are deleted after conversion - we don't hold onto them. Your conversion results stay in your dashboard as long as your account is active, so you can re-download them whenever you need. If you ever delete your account, we delete your data along with it.

If you're in the EU or EEA, you have these rights regarding your personal data:

Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Our service is designed for adults managing financial documents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

All connections to our service are encrypted. Your files are processed securely and deleted afterward. We treat your financial documents with the seriousness they deserve.
